We had some snow but not quite enough to cover all the yellow spots. Mamaw did have to scoop though—and she took the snow off the evergreens. She’s worried all that weight will hurt the shape she gave them this summer.

Aw—the walk—it was quite cold this morning. Moving right along was a good idea. Mamaw’s ears got really cold so I don’t know if we will get to walk again today.

I do know she got all cleaned up—you know, the “walking target.” I think she is going out to lunch with a gal she used to order office supplies from when she worked at Proteus. I’ll be alright.

When she came home she brought me a bigger rawhide bone. I don’t know what I think of it. It is quite a bit heavier. I dragged it around a little and then just left it lie. Don’t know what I will decide to do with it. When she could see I wasn’t thrilled with it, she gave me a new toy she got for me. It is a round ring with four different balls on it. It has all different kinds of ends on it cause it is supposed to help keep my teeth clean and promote “healthy” chewing.

Mamaw didn’t feel very well last night—she thinks she is catching a cold. She went to bed early and invited me in to “nap” with her. Well, I just couldn’t get comfortable so I was in constant movement. She finally shut me out of the bedroom so she could rest. I hope she’s better in the morning!
