Such a wonderful, wonderful day. It is so gorgeous out there—I’ve just begged to be out all day! Mamaw has Spring Fever and Poppy is working so she washing rugs, sweeping floors and running the vacuum (have you ever seen a Rainbow vac?) It does a great job of picking up my dog hair—Mamaw loves it almost as much as she does me…

What a day—first thing this morning we met Lelah—a two year old. I’m not sure what breed she is but she’s my size. (yum) We socialized for quite a while and then poor Lelah started hacking a little so Mamaw made me leave her so she could get back to normal. Mamaw promised though, that we’d see her again sometime now the weather is nice. And I met a neighbor that has seen me before…he said how much I’ve grown and I sat down and let him pet me. Yeah, Mamaw is working really hard right now, trying to teach me to sit when we come upon a dog or human and they will be more comfortable with me. It works! I’m just not sure I can settle down enough to remember that next time.

I finally got so disgusted with cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, I grabbed hold of Mamaw’s jean leg and growled to get her attention. She asked if I was wanting outside again—duh! We took to the bike/walk trail and she pretty much just let me go as I wished and smell all of those wonderful smells that have been covered up with snow all winter! I loved it! With the nicer weather, I pant a lot when we walk. Mamaw took a water bottle so she could squirt water in my mouth. I'm not sure to how work with the thing...

We just got back and Poppy called—he said he was coming home a little after 2:00 cause they didn’t need two doctors so Mamaw got around and did her hair right away cause Poppy wants to take us on a ride in the car! That will just make my day. And ride we did. This time she took one of those new fangled water bottles with the big opening. She thought I could just stick my tongue in that to get my drink but now I'm confused. We gotta work on that!
