Movin, Movin, Movin—rawhide! We’re on the go again. The weather is beautiful and Poppy has a “bee in his bonnet.” I get a car ride with the top open—awwwww. Mamaw just doesn’t offer that very often; but My Poppy does!

We had talked about grave monuments when we went on our long drive last Sunday. So today we decided to go look at some. I’ll tell ya, there they were in under the trees and the birds had really done a number on them. Lordy…I was invited into the office so we went in and Mamaw made me behave. She says that’s good cause I need to experience different places and different situations so I will always be a lady. It was HARD! The fella in there was so nice and I really just wanted to play with him but they were all too busy talking about what they would like to have so I was left out of that decision. We also went to Merle Hay Mall to pick up Poppy’s check and get it to the bank. It was nice and I was ready to come home.

Poppy’s goin for a haircut and we’re just gonna try to cool off. Leash work is very hard to do; for me and for Mamaw. It wears us completely out! She realizes now she should have started working on HEEL some time back but the weather wasn’t very good and so it just didn’t happen. Now she says I’m strong as a bull and she has a shoulder that bothers her. I hope this doesn’t take soon long to catch on – I bet she hopes so too!
