I don’t know who Mamaw is trying to kid. The first of the month is always my day to take my worm pill. She always tries to disguise it, but I KNOW. It’s just better to chew it up and be done with it as have her try to push it down my throat. Okay—that’s done.

We went to the bedroom and I jumped on the unmade bed. Mamaw kept trying to make the bed; I kept getting aggressive with her. She warned me three times and then simply picked me up and said, “I think you need a timeout little girl.” That says it all, doesn’t it? So, she didn’t let me in while she took a shower, nor when she did her hair, or when she brushed her teeth. I guess I’m simply out of luck!

All three walks today were good. I’m getting used to hearing her ask if I want to go for a walk. Today, though, she threw a curve ball at me. We started a walk going backwards. Well, I mean starting where we usually end up. It was fun but I had to pay attention. I kept my nose to the grindstone!
