Today has been a “no contact” day really. Mamaw is going here, Poppy is going there. So I spend some serious time in the kennel. That’s maybe okay though – my one pill makes me kind of tired and I think I’m sleeping more than usual. I’m sort of bored with all of my toys right now. Mamaw told Poppy she saw a great alligator at PetSmart that she would like to get me. He asked her what the alligator’s name would be and she said Alli-poo. Well, she didn’t get it cause she spent her free time visiting with people she used to work with. She had lunch with the Hispanic fella named Cesar.

When she got home from that she was in the bathroom and the phone rang. Oh, It’s Lin—she wants to help Mamaw work on the Bog page again. They spent quite a little while doing that but I go in the office and lay down by her and just wait for her to finish. If she takes too long though, I sometimes will whine a little. That usually gets her attention.

We did have two walks today though. She was nice enough to take me out before she left me so I would be tired out and would rest. The second walk was a really fast walking journey. We saw this lady with her dog (not that awful one) but he is kind of bossy too. Mamaw came back and told Poppy the only dog in our section that is good is Pepper. I haven’t seen Pepper in a long time but he has been very nice to me.
