Life is really sucking right now for Mamaw. We woke up this morning to more snow! She ran out and scooped snow before she let me out. I’m sure glad because the driveway was so deep it was up past my belly. Of course I love the snow. I can’t get enough of it so let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Today is look for jobs day. Mamaw spends most of the day in the office on those days. Poppy is home so I run back and forth from one to another. I drag my toys to all different places too. That way I can have a toy in every room.

And I got a bath today too. Mamaw is really good about making sure I stay clean. She also has to make sure I’ve been outside enough that I won’t need to go for a while. My ears take forever to dry! She runs water in the tub and then takes the shower head down and sprays me. She plays with me a lot too, I guess so I won’t resist as much. I chase the water with my mouth. Then she towel dries me as much as she can—it takes two towels. Then she gets the blow dryer out and I chase the warm air with my mouth too. All in all, it made me pretty tired. I’ve laid around a lot since noon.

Mamaw was worried about all the snow on the deck again so off she went to clean it off. She works so hard she thinks she should have a paycheck! I just giggle…she’s so funny. She worked awfully hard though to get that done cause we are supposed to have blowing snow tonight. Ugh!

And once again, she scooped the sidewalk and front deck before I went out again. She really makes sure things are as good for me as they can be. And I appreciate that too. Remember when I said I was worried about an older couple adopting me cause they probably wouldn’t have any energy and wouldn’t want to do anything? Well, I was wrong—dead wrong. She is very good to me.
