Mamaw is well—Halleluiah! We’re gonna get it on today I can tell ya. We’re already on our second load of laundry and we’ve had a wonderful walk—it’s only 11:30 a.m.

Well, this new apparatus is good for both of us…I got to go off leash for a while too. The walk was so enjoyable she says we may do it again this afternoon. But she’s got errands to run and errands to “finish up”—whatever that means. (I think it means she missed a copy of pictures she wanted the other day and now wants to go back and get them before she unloads the camera). And she’s got a sister who is gonna have a birthday in a few day and she needs to pick up her gift. Oh, and don’t forget the bank—she’s gotta inside today so I can’t go but that’s okay. The walk has relaxed me so I’ll just lie in my kennel (with the new blue pad Poppy got me) and take a nap.

And while I napped Mamaw was out getting some of those photos. Except she got lost—and couldn’t find the Urbandale Library so suppose she’s gonna insist on going back there.

Mamaw is goin to walk Ozzie at 3:00 today. Wish I could walk with em but I gotta learn how to slow down first—she says she can’t handle both of us at the same time. Aw—here comes Cully now so she’ll go walk him. Hope he comes over to see me too!

The afternoon was pretty quiet till 4:00 when I found myself “shoved” in the kennel and off goes Mamaw. She wasn’t gone too long and when she got home I asked her where she’d been and she said The Bra Doctor met her at Fountain West. Miss Betty is being released on Friday and Mamaw wants “her ladies” standin up there where they belong when she leaves the place. That Mamaw—she’s always thinking ain’t she? Oh, oh—she’s gonna correct me and tell me it isn't ain’t it’s isn’t she.

We had a lovely evening with Poppy. And Mamaw told him she’s in heaven having had a marvelous day. She definitely gives me the credit—thanks Mom. I sure hope that leash thing works out day after day for us—we’ve both less tired. I went to bed while she went back to watch the Good Wife. She has about one program each evening she thinks she can’t live without. (smile)
