Mamaw had so many phone calls she didn't get much else done though. With three deaths in November she's got people callin...she never rushes them. Then her friend, Lin called and they gabbed quite a whole about this gal Mamaw met on facebook who called in the morning. That was a really nice talk they had too.
She did manage to sweep that danged garage again (like it's part of the house or something.) And when she does the little odds and ends it seems to take her all day. Well I watched her update photos of the grand kids and she fiddled and fiddled till they were just RIGHT! Tickles me--but probably would frustrate Poppy.
She hunted in the paper and got online to find out what arrangements have been made for Cully's funeral. She told Poppy this evening when he got home from work that she hopes her yucky tummy feels betters--she wants to go to his visitation Sunday and his funeral in Mount Ayr, IA on Monday. I know I won't get to go but Ozzie won't be there either--well, I don't think anyway. Well maybe--well I just don't know. I'll let ya know though cause if he could be there I'd sit right beside him and be good, very, very good. I loved Cullen too! We were the red heads in the neighborhood...
Mamaw says she's goin to bed since the dumb television people won't play the Notre Dame game tonight. Now--there ya go. She is frustrated to no end!! Irish hold off USC, 20-16, end
8-game rivalry skid--she's happy! Poppy told her he thinks they "got lucky" though and she had to agree with him.
