We were up by 6:30 this morning. Outside with the light on and did I ever have to go!!! I was hungry again and ate early. Mamaw and I had our usual LOVE FEAST and we were off and running. She worked so hard washing some early morning dishes and putting the turkey carcass for turkey noodles at Christmas time. The flavor in the house just makes me hungry all over again.

 I had to take a couple of naps—that’s how hard Mamaw was working. And Poppy took his coffee and went to the office where he worked until lunch time. In the meantime, we are busy de-boning meat and doing outside decorating for Christmas. Mamaw told me she just hates it when people put up their decorations before they take the time to be thankful on Thanksgiving. She is up and down the stairs – putting away the fall decorations and bringing up the Christmas. She made me dizzy just watching her coming and going. And, on top of that, she stripped the bed sheets and washed, dried and re-made the bed. She is a very busy woman today!

At lunch time, Mamaw heated up some turkey for sandwiches. Then she cleaned up and accidentally dropped a couple pieces of turkey for me.   I liked it!

Lunch over, we went for another walk. My nose just kept me going and I was really pretty good this time. I am trying not to pull ahead so much because the Bark Buster collar kind of chokes me. It was nice anyway…

Now Mamaw is in the office where she will work for hours too. I guess I’ll do as Poppy and just take a nap.
