It is supposed to get warmer today! We are going on a walk…can’t wait. It took Mamaw forever go get all of her clothes on though. The shoes with the cleats, the coat, head covering, my “walk” collar (I didn’t cooperate at all) and then my leash. Oh my God, then she had to have the plastic bag and Kleenex. We did finally manage to get out. The cleats worked really well for Mamaw and we just took our time on this walk. It was so good to get out. I couldn’t go quite as fast cause it is very, very slick. We didn’t see a soul out there. Oh we saw Pepper but we were going a different way. I got to smell everything I was interested in and she had patience with me. I think it’s been a week since we’ve had a chance to walk with the weather as it was. We got back and I gotta tell ya, I am POOPED!

Mamaw is busy sorting stuff to file. That will keep her busy for a long time—I think I’ll rest. My wet feet were kind of cold so I’ll just climb in my Kennel for now.

Oh boy—another walk! I’ve really been a happy camper with these walks! She let’s me stop once in a while and smell the yellow snow. She told me she is going to try to get some of the ice/snow off the driveway today after we are done with our walk. Well, she meant what she said; as soon as we got back she let me in the house and out she went. I can’t watch her though cause there is no window for me to look out and she doesn’t want me in the garage—she’s afraid I’ll get into the ice melt that has fallen in the garage. When she gets back in, I hope she’ll be tired and we’ll both get on the recliner and take a snooze. 
