I thought today might be a lazy, stay-at-home day but things aren’t looking that way. Poppy and Mamaw have both cleaned up and dressed up! Now, does that tell you something? So, I keep being naughty and biting at Mamaw’s jacket and she keeps putting me in me kennel. I can’t let her get out of the house again today can I? Isn’t it time for me to get a little bit of attention? I suppose she doesn’t want to give me attention though, when I’m doing things I’m not supposed to do.

Good God! They went test driving more cars today. I think it is just an excuse for them to get away together! They drove a 2002 LEXUS AND A 2007 LEXUS. It’s easy to see they are elderly because they can’t make up their minds. Now Poppy is talking about chasing one down on the Internet. So…another day wasted—but maybe they don’t look at it as wasted but having some fun.


They came home around 3:00 and took me potty. Then they went to the kitchen and opened a box that has a new bed liner in it. Mamaw gave it to me and I started chewing on it. She said, “No Scarlett—that’s your BED.” She placed it in the kennel and put the littler one on top. Didn’t faze me—I’m still working on the new liner. They had their BREAKFAST—at 3:00. So, who cares, they didn’t have to work. I have managed to upset Mamaw enough I am in the kennel A LOT!

While I’m stuck in this kennel, she is printing off Christmas Cards. When she mumbles, I know she is having issues. Here’s hoping everything goes well…
